Seven American Landscapes, Dining Room -Panels Above Doorways, Melrose, MA
The dining room of this beautiful Victorian home features seven panels above the doorways. Drawing from the landscapes of Hudson River School painters such as Thomas Cole, A. Bierstadt, and Asher Durand, we worked with the client to develop seven small paintings in the soft color palette of the room. The result adds a warm character to the space, while remaining true to the architecture and historic design of the home.
